I never want to go to a classroom style course again!

This was my first experience taking an online course. I was surprised at how enjoyable and convenient it was to enhance my skills. Frankly, I thought the course would be dry and boring. However, it was surprisingly fun. I would definitely recommend this course to my co-workers and friends in the healthcare industry.

What I loved most was the ability to go at my own pace. I would study online in the comfort of my own home for an hour each night or sometimes during my lunch hour. I didn’t even miss having a live instructor. The material was focused on what I needed to know. There were terrific examples, including pictures and graphs, which made more difficult concepts easy to understand.

My biggest challenge was taking the exams. The tests are timed and I was anxious about finishing in the time allotted. Once I realized that I knew the answers, I was able to relax and focus on answering questions rather than worrying about the time.

My tips for others - Take some time to get to know the site and all the available options. This process will really help out when you are taking the course. Also, though there are notes in the materials, I took my own notes and that helped me retain more information.

The Rush Group courses have helped me move forward in my career. E-learning is a great way to my enhance skills as I balance a full life of friends and family with my professional goals.
